LGN Media, is delighted to announce Europe’s only dedicated conference and exhibition for the kiosk and self-service industry. Kiosk Summit 2017 will take place at The Business Design Centre in London on 28 September 2017.
The free one day event is aimed at individuals and companies working within the self-service and kiosk industry. As kiosks become an increasingly integrated feature of modern life, the show reflects and supports this growth industry with the only dedicated event in Europe. There will be over 40 leading global suppliers to meet, six presentations from industry experts sharing insight and inspiration as well as networking opportunities with colleagues and peers – all in one place at one time.William Raccine of IER Europe will deliver a seminar entitled “The Future of Self-Service at the Airport” The historical self-service kiosk : CUSS (Common Use Self Service) is changing rapidly. His presentation examines how its use has changed and how new disruptive technologies are changing the way customers interact. The presentation will also include customer case studies examples of how this game changing technology is influencing the market.
Graeme Derby, UK & Ireland Manager of Pyramid Computer GmbH will be presenting a paper entitled “Kiosks – Nice solutions looking for a problem or genuine improvements in customer experience?” Graeme believes, we, the kiosk industry, need to spend more time and resource thinking about the end user and less about the client. Too often we run the risk of creating nice kiosks, which look the part, but don’t address the real need for the customer.”
